Lyrics

May I?) I-I-I-I...
(May I?)

(May) I have your love?
May I be your boy-o-oy?

May I speak with you?
(Doobie doobie doo.)
May I bring you joy?
(Doobie doobie doo.)

Girl, I've been searching,
((For someone...))
Like you-oo.

May I have your kiss,
On a night like this?

Place your hand in mine,
(Doobie doobie doo.)
Such a thrill devine.
(Doobie doobie doo.)

[All:]
Girl, I've been searching,
((For someone...))
You, you, you, you.

Oh, well, I've mentioned everything that I could say.
I've done everything that I could do, for you, baby, now.
Yes, I have. (Oh, oh, oh, with you.)

(May) I have your love?
May I be your boy-o-oy?

May I speak with you?
(Doobie doobie doo.)
May I bring you joy?
(Doobie doobie doo.)

Girl, I've been searching,
((For someone...))
Like you-oo.

May I hold your hand?
(You-oo.)
May I be your man?
(You-oo.)
May I speak with you?
(You-oo.)
May I bring you joy?
(You-oo.)

May I love you?
(You-oo.)
