Bruce Springsteen appears in the official music video for Broken Radio. He joined Jesse Malin for the filming of the video for on 18 Apr 2007 at Soundstage in New York City, NY. The video was released in May 2007. It shows shots of Tompkins Square Park and East Village in New York intercepted with frames of Malin and Springsteen at the microphone. A "new version" of the video, consisting only of the Malin and Springsteen footage, was released in August 2007. The video, or at least the new version of it, was directed by Danny Clinch.
